I can get you into SNL - its expensive and legal - as I have a guy who sits in standby line for you all night - Whatever the weather The cost is $250 for two tickets - I guarantee that you will get tickets (Pay when you receive them) Leave a message on this board if you are interested No email as I dont want the NBC ****'s giving me a hard time.

36 people were admitted via standby at the Jan 18th taping, about 120 others were not. 250. for a 1 in 4 chance of entry is a spendy gamble. Do you refund if client is not admitted?

No we dont refund - we dont ever charge! If we do not get two tickets for you then you are not obliged to pay us anything - But we dont want to stand on line and then be stuck with them so we ask for a returnable downpayment of $25 so we are not waiting in the cold for no-shows. Fred

Getting a standby ticket and getting admitted with a standby ticket are two totally different things. Are you charging for a standby ticket or for admittance? If I pay you 250 for a standby ticket then don't get in, do you give me my 250 back? How? Do you wait there to see if we get in?

Hopefully everybody knows that a standby ticket does not guarantee you will get in. No one has gotten into the live show this year with standby tickets, people have only gotten into the dress rehearsal with standby tix and not many at that. Good luck everyone.

Not true. I got into the live show on Jan.18,2003 with a standby ticket. I wouldn't recommend it, but people DO get in.

Selling stand-by tickets is illegal. If sold, tickets will not be honored, and the ticket holder will be contacted by the NBC legal department.

Selling any ticket for more than its face value is considered scalping. TV show tickets have a $0 face value, thus selling them for any amount of money is illegal. Thanks for your inquiry.

Time to go back to law school.
Since they are free, TV tickets have zero value, not a zero dollar value. Since there is no face value($ value), there is no law to back up your claim of selling TV tickets being illegal. (scalping)
Stop acting like a bully and be happy that people are still willing to wait hours to see your shows.

Selling tickets at this website is not a "legal" transaction. You mentioned "no email" as you do not want NBC to track you down. Please note that it is possible to locate you.
Keep in mind that selling tickets that are given to the public at no charge is not LEGAL in no way shape or form.

Legal 1859, can you supply the NY State statute that backs your claim? Any state? I doubt you can, because it doesn't exist.
You obviously aren't on Ebay's legal team. People sell free things all the time. It's called supply & demand. Maybe you've heard of it by another name, capitalism.
Get a grip, it's lines for TV shows & tourists, the things New Yorkers love to hate.
